Soul is trying to be cool and subtle about passing notes to Crona. Sometimes he passes one through Tsubaki, 'coz she won't look at it like Black*star would. Maka would just refuse to pass it on, that meanie. Kid would be refolding it so it was assymetrical - and we won't even go into guys like Ox.

Current note is being kicked Crona's way, while humming under his breath and drawing a caricature of Stein. He hopes his boyfriend is even gonna notice it. Hard to notice a random paper, unless it rears up and attacks ya with papercut-sharp teeth.

Heh.

Well, if Crona manages to find it, it reads:

Roses are red,
violets are blue,
This class sucks and I wanna scamper and make out,
how 'bout you?

...yep. Nobody ever said he was romantic.

Soul just stares at him. So much certainty shakes him in a way, he doesn't know how Crona could have it, or how anyone could. Even if he can feel Maka's trust every time they resonate their souls, even if he can feel Crona's love with every moment they spend together.

Because he has demons of his own, less physical than the Demon that formed from black blood.

So his eyes are questioning, somehow even worried. But he doesn't make a sound.

Soul's eyes open wide before they flutter closed; he hangs on tight as if for dear life, kissing back. Not just on the lips, but on the forehead, the nose, the cheeks, the hollow of the throat, then all the way back up to meet Crona's lips again.

"Fuck," he breathes. "I love you too, I love you so goddamn much, I can't even - "

Think. Think, think, think, Soul, there's gotta be something you can do to express it when words like to fail -

"I want you to - I want you to meet my brother, nobody has, I think you should, you -"

He's in a babble, again.
