They got all the black blood shit solved, okay? It was weird to think Maka was a weapon too, even if it made sense; it was weird to think that Soul had to learn how to double as a meister now, 'coz that made way less sense. But he's let off the hook for awhile. Stupid Maka with her stupid versatile blades got him a lot worse than he got her, so she's already back in school, and he's still stuck home sick.

Once he can use his left arm again he'll be fine, but he'll take advantage of people babying it to miss studying. Right now, he's sleeping in the afternoon. Who wouldn't, given half a chance?

There's more than one thing that Soul can do wherever he wants. Sleeping, like now! Coincidentally, eating. Maybe perverted things, too, but that's... never been tested.

But while he can sleep wherever he wants, he doesn't do so well with the waking up wherever he wants bit. All he really registers is Crona and warm Crona and logic says that sleep should keep going, and try to pull Crona down with him.

That'll probably get him in trouble.

Well, uh, hey. Now he really was awake, and his head was kind of spinny, too. "O-okay," he says.

He'd do whatever Crona asked, now. Probably even walk up to the moon.

Apparently he's the weirdest cook in the world, too, 'cuz some of it's good with a bad aftertaste, some of it's bad with a good aftertaste, and sometimes there's an aftertastes to the aftertastes.

....uh.

But it doesn't really matter, does it? Crona took a bunch of time making this stuff and thinking of him, so no matter what it tastes like, to him, it's the best food in the world.

And that reflects completely on his face.

Soul thinks that's cute, for Crona to be so eager about it, to be so happy now. He'd let Crona cook everything in the world if it would always end up like this, but for now, he's going to pull Crona into his lap after all and kiss him back.

That one's easy to answer. As in, no hesitation whatsoever. "If I want it," and it's clear from his tone that he does, "and you want it, then there's nothing or nobody I'll let split us apart."

Soul hasn't been thinking about it since he managed to get Crona into his lap.

He could say that he's glad that they both want the same thing, but that wouldn't even start to cover it. It's not really a time for words any longer, either. He's going to choose to communicate it through actions, instead; through the way his fingers caress through Crona's hair, the way he investigates Crona's mouth whilst still keeping the kiss gentle.

Or maybe, just maybe, what works most of all is how he never closes his eyes, never once stops looking at Crona as if he's the most important person to be found.

Aw, Crona doesn't like his single-mindedness?

Soul's lips part and he exhales raggedly, breath warm and heavy. Crona has this way of getting to him, no matter what he's doing, therefore he's used to the air of impatience. It's always, always there.

But he's the opposite this time, for once. He's not impatient at all. He just wants to feel this, for as long and wonderful as possible.

He keeps his hand exactly where it was put, and slides the other one under the dress, up up up, fingers trailing lightly, just this close to any of the most pleasurable spots.

Soul's neck is one of his worst weak spots, and he almost fumbles the speed as a result, but he can keep control of himself, if not his noises. But he wants to hear more gasps from Crona, more sounds, and so he brushes his fingers over a nipple, over and over.

'Bother'? Poor choice of a word! Nothing Crona did ever bothered Soul. Now, made him feel awesome and great and turned on? Yeah, that's a better descriptor~

And being a musician, even if he thinks himself a poor one, makes him more sensitive to things like humming; having music tied to his battle capabilities also makes him more sensitive. So that did affect him, it even startles him out of what he's doing for a moment. A++ do it some more!
